Does the ClimbSafe Pro stand up to the normal wear and tear of contract use as compared to a conventional extension ladder?
"It is subject to normal wear and
 tear and does require maintenance,
but less than that of a normal extension ladder
On the ClimbSafe Pro, have you had
any problems with:
"Some metal fatigue requiring rewelding. Nothing untoward given the ladders daily use"
The catch: NO
Raising and lowering: NO
The swivel foot: NO
Do the accessories give you
added safety that is not available
with the conventional ladder?
"Absolutely. This is the greatest feature of the ladders, particularly the offset hook - access to roof & guttering is perfect. Same with ability to set up on uneven ground."
Can you use with utmost safety the
ClimbSafe Pro in many situations where a conventional ladder is not useable?
"Yes - uneven ground, steep roofs cleaning gutters where 3D frame is offset from roof and not touching gutters "
Would the withdrawal of the
ClimbSafe Pro from use in your
business affect your ability to
do your work?
"Yes - with OSH regulating as they are, reverting to normal ladders would put our staff at risk of fall injury."
In relation to the standards, does it bother you that if the rope should fail in raising,
that the catch might not stop the extension from falling if the
stainless steel spring broke?

"This is an unlikely problem. Any company with the 3D frame should be doing the same
as with an ordinary ladder and doing a maintenance check on it at least monthly.
We did ours 2-weekly as part of an over all maintenance
check of all our equipment."

"We in Chemwash are big advocates of your ladders and we would be
happy to provide testimonials or personal one-on-one referrals
should you require them."
